Here\u2019s a great new venture that we think will be of great interest to totalkitcar\/TKC Mag readers. It\u2019s called The Machine Shop and is located in Hinckley, Leicestershire.<\/p>\n

Basically, if you are struggling for workshop space or don\u2019t have a covered area in which to work, or you have the skills to do a specific job but don\u2019t have the equipment, join up at The Machine Shop and use their space and their tools and machinery. How often have you been left on a Sunday afternoon wishing for access to a TIG welder or a metal guillotine, for example?<\/p>\n

There are three levels of \u2018membership\u2019 available or you can just by the day on an ad-hoc basis. Bronze level costs \u00a330 per day, \u00a340 per month or if you sign up for a three-month rolling contract it\u2019s \u00a330 per month. Silver and Gold packages are the next steps and allow the use of more professional equipment.<\/p>\n

Opening hours are generous too and The Machine Shop is open seven days a week. On Monday to Thursday it\u2019s open from 4pm to 11pm, on Fridays it\u2019s noon to 11pm and at weekends it\u2019s 9am to 11pm.<\/p>\n
