These have been designed to directly replace M16 calipers which are fitted as standard to Escort Mk1\/2 RS\/Mexico, Escort Mk2, Capri 70- and Cortina Mk3\/4\/5 and a multitude of kitcars, thus providing an easy four-pot upgrade. Just like the original M16 caliper, they are single-piece with integral mounting lugs.<\/p>\n<p>Two versions are available. BILLET4-S calipers are for cars with solid brake discs while BILLET4-V calipers are for vented disc-equipped cars.<\/p>\n<p>The calipers are ideal for most road applications and heavier vehicles requiring an M16 upgrade. Billet 6082 T6 aluminium body and pistons weighing only 925g and feature a black anodised finish.
