My favourite \u2018go to\u2019 detailing store, Slim\u2019s Detailing\"\"<\/a> doesn\u2019t just have a great store full of car care potions and elixirs from many leading brands, but they also do mail order, too.<\/p>\n

One of their main lines comes from German maker, Koch Chemie, indeed Slim\u2019s is the main UK distributor for them. I\u2019ve been using Koch\u2019s GS aka Green Star All Purpose Cleaner, with some success for quite a while now and not only is it a fab product but a 1-litre bottle costs just \u00a35.15 inc VAT!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a highly-concentrated alkaline-based universal cleaner which is phosphate- and solvent-free and is ideal for car interiors, exteriors and engine bays. I used it recently on some nasty \u2018bin-juice\u2019 that had left its calling card in the boot mat of my X5. A couple of other products had failed to clear it, although Koch Chemie GS soon got rid of it.<\/p>\n

It has excellent concentration rates although you can use it neat, so a little goes a long way, thus offering superb value for money.<\/p>\n
